Please note: Because my jams and jellies sell so fast, not all flavors are available at all times. If you plan to come out to the farm to buy jams, please let me know ahead of time what you would like.

These are the jams and jellies I have available now that are made with my own organic produce. Much more are on the way.

Chocolate Mint Jelly

An infusion jelly made with the leaves of the chocolate mint herb. Great on breakfast toast.

Cinnamon Basil Jelly

The same as above but using the cinnamon basil herb. Unique and delicious.

Green Tomato Jam

A sweet breakfast jam that tastes a little like pineapple. Unique!

Spicy Tomato Jam

My organic tomatoes spiced with cinnamon and cloves. A great supper jam for dinner rolls or crusty bread. I like to use this as a dipping sauce for veggie "chicken nuggets". Great also to add to spaghetti sauce, or to drizzle over roast potatoes.

Herby Tomato Onion Jam

Tomatoes, basil, parsley, chives, and onion makes a great spread. Try it on crackers, or mix with mashed potatoes. A friend of mine loves it on eggplant.

My organic berries and bottled apple juice. The juice doesn't affect the flavor, but is needed so the berries gel properly.

Cinnamon Banana Nut Jam

The name says it all.

Peachy Banana Jam

Canned peaches, fresh banana, and a hint of cinnamon. Try this one on French toast or pancakes.

Banana Rum Raisin Jam

Sensual and smooth; try it warm, drizzled over ice cream.

Tropical Delite Jam

Canned pineapple and banana, with maraschino cherries and nuts.

Pineapple Jam

Enjoy the simple flavor of plain pineapple. This one has a multitude of uses, as a spread, glaze, or topping.

Nutty Spiced Pineapple Jam

Crushed pineapple with chopped nuts, cloves, and cinnamon. Here's an idea: Slice a banana onto butter pecan ice cream and top with a dollop of this jam.

Pineapple Cherry Jam

Canned pineapple and maraschino cherries. Superb on toast.

Sunshine Jam

Sunny pineapple with undertones of banana and fresh lemon.

Tutti Frutti Jam

Canned lite peaches, pears, pineapple, maraschino cherries, and fresh banana.

Warm Apple Pie Jam

Fresh apples and apple pie spices. The ultimate comfort food. Incredible yum.

Cinnamon Apple Strudel Jam

Apples and cinnamon, with a sprinkling of nuts.

Apple Cinnamon Jelly

Bottled apple juice and cinnamon candies.

Cranberry Jelly

A mild-flavored treat made with bottled cranberry juice cocktail.

All jams and jellies are $3.75. Return clean jar and ring, (all labels thoroughly removed and lid discarded), and receive a 25¢ deposit. I encourage everyone to return jars. Never throw away a jelly jar unless it is cracked or chipped, in which case, please recycle it.
