Another Lesson in Taking out the Garbage. . .Even
for an Old Pro
I want to
thank the people on my mailing list for their overwhelming response to my
request for a new monitor. In the end, I decided to go with the one from my
Reiki Master, Edward, who called his friend Bob. Bob refurbishes computer
stuff, then gives it to people who need it. There seemed to be a right energy
there. There was.
When I
brought my new monitor home, I stepped into my office and was suddenly
overwhelmed by the energy of my old monitor. All I wanted to do was get it out
of the house and into the shed. It was heavy, dense, cumbersome. The new one is
light, bright, clear.
It struck
me how much anger I had felt toward the old monitor, that I never realized before.
I felt I had been ripped off when I bought it—it really should have been in the
recycling bin rather than resold. The picture was always cloudy, and it threw
sparks at me through the screen.
No, I'm
not kidding. I know—this to most people would seem like a fire hazard, but at
the metaphysical level, it actually was more about the difference in our energy
fields. This monitor and I did not get along. And when I took it out, I
realized that this was a much-needed activity to my "Taking out the Garbage"
program. Bringing the new one in was like a fresh new energy, in line with my
vibration. The new monitor was given as an act of love. The old monitor was
sold to me by people who just wanted to make money.
I have
been doing my "Taking out the Garbage" thing for nearly three years
at the conscious level. And I am never ceased to be amazed at how much more
there is to go.
Anything
to which we hold an angry energy needs to be removed from our lives. I have
some jewelry I am getting rid of because I didn't like the person who gave them
to me. This person only gave gifts to show off how much money she had. I'll bet
you have gifts like that, too. Get rid of them. They are filled with
resentment.
I'll bet
you also have stuff that you were stuck with because you didn't get what you
really wanted. Or stuff from an ex-spouse. One person on my mailing list said
she finally burned old love letters from a previous relationship. I have some
old love letters, too, but I don't particularly feel any holding on to the past
with them. I may eventually burn them. I'm not saying throw away your past. We
all need to keep some mementos of the growth in our lives. But just be very
aware of what energy clings to them.
I will say
this again and again and again. We can't take baggage with us into the new
dimension. In my case, I did all my energetic cleansing first, and now I am
just cleaning up my physical world. Everything manifests at the energetic level
first, and it also disappears at that level before we notice it on the physical
plane. That is why some people experience instant healing, for instance, with
Reiki. When everything shifts at the energetic level, there is no more need to
hold a mirror to it in our physical world.
That is
all the physical world is, you know. All the pain and trauma, misery, disease, poverty, and despair—all
that we are suffering on the physical level is a means to show us what needs to
be cleaned up at the spiritual or energetic level. When we clean up our DNA,
past lives, and karma, we no longer have a need to suffer in the physical
world. Then we make a huge vibrational leap. We are not only doing this on the
personal level, but on the global level as well.
Some
people may choose to begin cleaning up their physical world first, and that is
OK, too. That will often leave a void, where we can see more clearly into our
souls, and finally "get it". Then we can work on cleaning up deeper
and deeper levels of our inner selves.
We need to
do this, and we need to do it now. Those who still hold a great deal of baggage
will find themselves more tied to this dimension, the matrix, the status quo. As we clear out our garbage
the doorway into the next dimension opens wider. We need to prepare that door
though which to walk, because things are going to become more unbearable on
this planet in the very near future. I can't say this enough: get yourselves
prepared. This is not meant to be scare tactics. It is more about reading the
writing on the wall. Look at the signs. Pay attention. Wake up.
If anyone
needs help with this, please sign up for my Metaphysics 101 workshop, or
schedule a journey with me, or consultation, or get a small group together for
an EIP workshop. Or create your own "Taking out the Garbage" program.
There is no right or wrong way to do it.
But we
need to get started now.
